Can I qualify for more than one discount?

No, only one promo code or discount can be applied per registration. Discounts cannot be combined with any other offer, package, or promo code.

How can I pay for InHer Garden?

All registration fees for InHer Garden are in U.S. Dollars. The following forms of payment will be accepted: a valid major credit card (American Express, Discover, MasterCard, or Visa), PayPal and Apple Pay.  All fees must be received prior to the event before access codes will be issued.

Registration information

What are the registration policies/terms and conditions?

Only ONE (1) discount may be applied to an individual registration. Discounts cannot be combined. Your registration must be paid in full before the Early Bird or any other discount deadlines in order to receive the pricing for those discounts.

What is the cancellation policy?

Due to the online nature of this event and resources provided, refunds will not be issued. No shows are ineligible for registration fee refunds.

Registrations are transferable (within the same access pass category) until July 1, 2019 with a $30 administrative transfer fee. Requests must be submitted in writing to info@inhergarden.com

Please include the following information:

• Full names of the original registrant and access pass level

• Full name(s) of the transfer registrant and email address

What happens if the agenda changes?

We might make updates to the agenda from time to time, which could include a change in speakers or the cancellation of certain sessions. We can’t promise the attendance of any speaker, entertainer, or presenter and won’t refund your registration or provide any other compensation based on changes to the agenda.

Are meals included with my full conference pass?

Yes, breakfast, lunch, and dinner are provided to all in-person attendees.

Where is the InHer Garden conference located?

All sessions and meeting rooms are held in Woodstock, GA at Momentum Church, located at 659 Arnold Mill Rd.

What is the age requirement for attending InHer Garden?

As a registered conference attendee, the minimum age to attend is 18 years. We have family and nursing rooms available.

Child care, however is not provided.

Will I receive confirmation of my InHer Garden registration?

Yes. After you register online, you will receive an automated email confirming your registration.

Please note, if you are purchasing more than one access pass, include the name and email address in the space provided so each registratant receives their unique access code. Access codes can only be used once.

I am a member of the press. Are press passes available?

Passes are available for print and newswire reporters, freelance reporters and bloggers, broadcast journalists and photographers. You must be categorized as a third-party (i.e., media) and unaffiliated with a vendor, partner or an entity with a vested business interest in InHer Garden. In order for us to review your press pass request, please send the following to info@inhergarden.com :

• A link to the current page of your publication or blog’s website with your name and title shown as part of the editorial team. 

• A bylined article or blog post about Christian entrepreneurship, or related topics that has posted in the last six months.

• For freelance reporters, please also provide a letter or official email from a publisher or editor from a known news organization that states you are covering InHer Garden 2019 on assignment.

Press passes provide access to InHer Garden keynotes, sessions, and exclusive press activities during the main conference.

Attending sessions

Where will the in-person conference be held?

Join us at Momentum Church, located at 659 Arnold Mill Rd, Woodstock, GA 30188

What is required in InHer Garden sessions and do I need to bring anything?

Nothing! Sessions are lecture/presentation-based breakouts. The only thing an attendee may want to bring is their workjournal, a notebook and pen to take notes if desired. For our workshops, we provide all the required equipment and files needed to participate, this applies to both online and in-person attendees.

Will I get copies of the presentations and materials?

We will post all main stage presentations for which we are permitted to share. Some of our speakers are bound by copyright or licensing agreements and therefore do not permit us to make their materials available for download.

Materials will be available for download via the InHer Garden Catalog. Attendees must be logged in to download the documents.

Is there a certification of completion for any labs/workshops?

While we do not provide any certificates of completion, you can use your InHer Garden session ticket and schedule as proof of attendance and completion.

How should I dress?

During the conference, business casual attire is appropriate. Plan to bring a jacket for the cool session rooms and cooler evening temperatures.

What is InHer Garden’s overall policy on accessibility?

InHer Garden welcomes the participation of individuals with disabilities and will make every effort to provide reasonable accommodations to enable equitable participation at InHer Garden conference.

Where can I charge my mobility device?

While there are power outlets throughout the conference location, we recommend that attendees bring extra power sources/battery packs.
